Hi, I’m William Borgesi

My passion for the world of nutrition started when I was a little kid, growing up in Sicily, an island located to the south of Italy, where food and people have a strong connection.

Food has always been part of my culture and all of my relatives on my dad’s side, including my dad, are chefs or working in hospitality. Because of that, when I was younger I was always fascinated by food and nutrition.

I also have another memory growing up in Sicily. I remember comments often made to my mum about my weight, like: ‘‘He is too skinny’’ , ‘‘Does he eat enough’’, ‘‘ have you had him checked’’

Growing in to an adult I was a bit self conscious about my weight, so I started to go to the gym, where I would hear more discussion about food than in a restaurant; lots of discussion about: Protein, Carbs, Fats and Supplements. It was endless and everyone had a different opinion and that’s where I decided to study a become a nutritional therapist.

My Approach

It all begins with an open discussion. What do you know and what does the world of science say? You can enjoy food without the constant fear of doing something wrong. The best shield you have will be building your own knowledge to understand the right nutritional information.

Restore energy and focus

Tired of being tired! How many times have you heard that? Allow you and your team to be the best of yourselves without constantly lacking energy, feeling bloated and upset about it. This is a program that will stay with you for life, not just another diet that you will do for a month or two.

Build good habits

Building a habit can take time, but once you have, it will stick with you. You don’t need countless hours in the kitchen. You don’t need to weigh or record every single thing you eat. You can use different ‘tricks’ to optimise your time and enjoy healthy and delicious meals.
